Video Team Trainer
We have a growing design team, and we need amazing leaders that can train on-boarding designers for a successful career at NLC.
The Video Team Trainer will be responsible for training new video designers on our expectations, processes, procedures, client expectations and how to make quality designs.
Although the general idea of the position is to get video designers up to speed on what we expect and how we operate as a design agency, you will also be responsible for giving designers test projects to work on so you can gauge their skills and technical abilities, while also being able to critique them and help them improve, so they can provide a set of design skills that our customers need and want.
You must be an experienced user in Adobe After Effects as well as experienced in video design, editing and motion graphics, so that you can knowledgeably help the designers with training and improvements. We design thousands of video ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat so a good understanding of what makes an effective, engaging and high converting video ad for social media marketing is a plus.
You MUST have a high speed internet connection, reliable computer, reliable electricity, own a paid copy of Adobe After Effects, and be able to multi-task as you will be working with multiple designers at some point in time if we hire several at once.
You MUST also be a natural-born leader; someone who can lead, train, motivate, inspire and someone who can always give positive vibes to our team and new hires.
Reading, writing and comprehending English is mandatory, and we will not consider someone who is not fluent in English.
